The eight teams in the field for the 2010 Old Spice Classic have punched their ticket to Orlando. Boston College, California, Georgia, Manhattan, Notre Dame, Temple, Texas A&M and Wisconsin will battle in the Thanksgiving weekend early season tournament, to be held at the Milk House at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex near Orlando, Fla.

The event will feature 12 games through three days, Nov. 25, 26 and 28. Sponsors include Old Spice, ESPNU and ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex. The Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) will serve as the event’s sponsoring conference for the fifth straight year.

“In basketball circles, the Old Spice Classic has gained a deserved reputation as one of the top collegiate events during the holiday season,” Richard J. Ensor, Commissioner of the MAAC, said. MORE
