The fourth annual Old Spice Classic featured six teams that reached the postseason in 2008, including four in the NCAA Tournament. Xavier advanced to the Sweet 16, while Marquette and Michigan reached the second round and Florida State bowed out in the opening round. Baylor and Creighton played in the NIT, with Baylor going to the championship game. All eight teams played three games at the 2009 Old Spice Classic; Florida State came away with ultimate bragging rights. Here’s how everyone did.

Alabama’s only loss was a 60-51 setback to eventual champion Florida State, a game in which the Tide shot just 40 percent and only attempted eight free throws.
